RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

NOTE: Since we are now in the stages of retiring our business, the return information listed below only includes orders that for some reason may have arrived erroneously or damaged. Please do not return anything without first calling and getting an RMA approval. (Return Merchandise Authorization)

All sale items, special orders, jewelry, hats, accessories, and intimates are final sale. If you find that your sandals are not to your expectations, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange on non-sale merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns which arrive at our store in excess of 14 days will result in a store credit. Items returned after 30 days of the shipment date will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit. Please note that sale items, jewelry, accessories and candles are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions will be made. Returns or exchanges must be in original unworn condition with all packaging, tags and inserts included. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred on shipping of exchanged merchandise. Shipping, handling, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

When packaging your item for shipment, please do not apply any sort of tape or labels to the shoe box. The shoe box must be packaged inside of a suitable shipping box for returns. Include in your shipment a copy of your original invoice indicating how you would like your return or exchange to be processed. Any refunds will be applied to credit card used for the initial transaction. Please DO NOT include your credit card information with your return.

We encourage you to insure all returns and get a tracking number from your shipper as Saucy Sandals is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please allow 1 billing cycle from the time your return is received by Saucy Sandals for the credit to post to your account. We will do our best to process your refund within 7 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Please note that your refund may be delayed by your banking institution which can take up to 3 weeks to process and post this transaction. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

Saucy Sandals reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange if the return merchandise does not meet our company's return policies. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Any changes to our return policy will take effect upon being posted on the Web site.
